"Place was very nice but there were a couple of things that could have been better. First, the lighting is not as bright as shown. All the lights are yellow & not very bright at all. The ceiling fan light in one of the rooms didn’t even work. There were some crumbs left in the couch and there was a nasty stain on one of the bed blankets. One of the bedrooms also didn’t lock. "Family of four adults fit perfectly in the space. A fully set up, comfortable home with needed amenities provided. Wonderful location on N Williams next to a wishing tree house with a pop up artist selling their wares over the weekend. Thank you!"

"If you can't tell by the title, the location of this house is wonderful. Other things we appreciated included the five king beds, the two large bathrooms that were not attached to a bedroom (so they are easier for a whole group to access), and the outdoor accoutrements. "

"The property was nice, but the front lawn area was covered with stones and not usable. The interior was fine, with coffee and little nicities provided. The place was only 650 square feet which should have been listed. Seemed larger since the listing indicated that it slept 6 people. The check in the day before was cumbersome, unlike any other VRBO check ins. You also had to upload your driver's license or other "government identification". I didn't know how to do that and an email indicated that...

"The house was clean and provided plenty of room for two families. The master bath was such a bonus! Would stay here again for sure. "
