Everyone had a smile on their face and was willing to do anything and everything to make our stay enjoyable. And it was! Amazing location in the Pearl District - walkable to everything. Do yourself a favor and just pay the $48 to valet your car - best peace of mind you can buy yourself. In and out privileges and easy texting to order your car. OH - and love that we can text with the front desk for anything we needed - super convenient feature! Breakfast was amazing - lots of options (eggs, meat, oatmeal, pastries, breads, waffles, juices, coffee, tea, etc.). We will be back!"

"We love the Benson and usually stay there when visiting Portland. The beds are so comfortable and the bedding is soft & luxurious. The historic hotel is beautiful. The only problem on this trip that it was that it was freezing cold in the lobby and would like to sit there and enjoy the fireplace and Christmas tree. It’s never been like that before and it was disappointing not to be able to hang out there and enjoy the atmosphere"

"Rooms are really nice and the physical beds were clean. As a neat freak, I check eveything, and there was trash between the bed and the wall but the bed itself had clean sheets. The matress was pristine upon close inspection and looked farely new without any stains or questionable debris. Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely stay here again. "
