"My family and I absolutely loved the house. We only had one night there but Marianna made it special with the offer of a local fisherman steaming and delivering fresh lobsters and teaching us how to pick them. I would definitely recommend this home. There’s also lots of room outside for pets and kids if you bring them and a fire pit outside that we didnt get to use this time but looked really nice."

"The rooms as set up with a variety of sitting areas which suited our party of 8 adults aged 65 to 84 very well. The house is stocked with any basics you might need, with cupboards labeled and inventory provided - the organisation is amazing. The heating system provided an even temperature throughout the house, which was very comfortable during a damp, cool early May. An attractive and comfortable home in the midst of historical Bath. Perfect."

"Can’t say enough great things about this lovely home! So clean, fresh and bright! The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my older dad. The location couldn’t have been better. We easily walked all around town and the town is so great! Very quiet and so many places to eat and shop! Will most definitely be back and may even stay in the Barn!!"

Great views, close to Popham beach, restaurants, lobster pounds, clams and oysters. Having a washer and dryer in the house is very convenient. "What an amazing place this is. We stayed in the private house, which is situated just behind the inn. Bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were good and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was fantastic, well appointed. Coffee maker that uses Keurig pods was a nice touch (you can buy them at the market in town).There's even a small wine fridge. Great dining area as well. Just great for the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 teens) The best views are from the upstairs bedroom. The...

"the house location and the house itself are simply magnificent. The house could stand a few improvements. The deck furniture is simply terrible. The Small table and the chairs are old and rusted. One chair was totally unusable. This is our second stay there and are planning on another stay. We are hoping for a new deck set."

"The house is just beautiful and was very clean, very comfortable, we loved it. The shower stall is very small. The location is nice but not really walkable to anywhere. Communication with Vacasa, however, is not great. They reply much better before you book and maybe the first day and then - not anymore... There were some issues and they sent only auto replies and no real answers. Not really issues with the house, the house is rather perfect."
