- is situated on the parlor floor, with an original fire place and sprawling, high ceilings. This suite is made to entertain! The gorgeous living room features black oak floors, two garden-view queen bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and a lovely lounge by the fireplace. The artwork chosen to decorate the space will tell you the story about Brooklyn in the 70’s, as well as a offer a touch of botanical inspirations. This suite is meant to host a family or a group of friends up to 4 people.



The Hem Suite 

- is our Scandinavian Suite on the second floor! We are a team of European designers and we’re bringing the peace and beauty of Nordic design right into the heart of New York City, blending with the garden spirit of the Bond Townhouse.
This is a large suite with the perfect dining alcove for families looking to enjoy some cozy, stylish dining with a luxury kitchen at your hands.
Natural wood tones and white-washed sanded floors pave the way for the ultimate Zen experience in Brooklyn. Equipped with 2 queen bedrooms, theHem Suite comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. 




The Penthouse

-is the “top” of our collection located on the third floor – a bright, gorgeous, and spacious suite, overlooking the street and the garden, with a large living room and dining area. The perfect space to entertain and live “the suite life” to the fullest, this suite offers a bright contrast between the dark oak floors and the white rooms under the roof. Warm, cozy, and unique, the Penthouse is the ultimate suite that allows to you to live and work at the same time – all while finding yourself surrounded by trees and open views. The Penthouse comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in the two garden-view queen bedrooms.
