Property very clean, friendly and helpful staff and location was extremely convenient. Several subway stations within a walkable distance. room was very small but you really don’t come to NYC to hang out in your room. Would definitely return again.

The rooms were nice and the gymnasium was very good. The front desk staff were very good. The cleaning staff did not clean the room one day and I had to ask for the room to be serviced. One issue is that the room had not been fully cleaned prior to my arrival. There was a dog poop on the floor carpet. I told the front desk and it was cleaned, but this was pretty gross and unsanitary.

The rooms are SMALLLLLLL!!!! But the staff is pretty friendly. Its a decent place to stay but I believe it could’ve been a little better laid out.

The staff was FABULOUS. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. The location is very convenient with the 1 subway less than a block away. The walls transfer a substantial amount of noise - you can hear a lot almost like there is no insulation between rooms.
