"Unit is spacious. New carpeting. Uncomfortable and stained couch/futon. Nice tv. Blinds broken in most rooms. Dark curtains in one bedroom but not the other. Manager responsive to concerns over unit not being cleaned when we arrived by refunding the cleaning fee and providing cleaners next day. Comfortable mattresses. Looks like an issue with picking up outside trash as all units in quad had overflowing trash bins , but surrounding houses were without this eyesore."

"This property was a perfect location for our family. We were close to Turkey Run State Park and Purdue University. We hiked on a Friday afternoon and went to a football game on Saturday. Both about 1 hour from this house. It was nice to have 5 bedrooms. Communication with the owners was easy and we had quick responses."
