Manager responsive to concerns over unit not being cleaned when we arrived by refunding the cleaning fee and providing cleaners next day. Comfortable mattresses. Looks like an issue with picking up outside trash as all units in quad had overflowing trash bins , but surrounding houses were without this eyesore."
