The property was well maintained and the staff was hospitable and polite. I would rate this a 5. The room was clean but a bit tight. The amenities were average. No conditioner or body soap and when called to refill the bottles. They brought up shampoo and body soap. One out of 2 rates this a 4. The water drain was clogged and the AC did not adequately controlled the temperature.

Our stay was good. The Bell boy was the best! Very helpful and kind. The property needs some updating. Doors are peeling paint in rooms and ceiling issues in hallway's. Bathroom was very small and toilet paper dispenser is very loud ( metal and clangs every time you use it.) The location is ideal and convenient to everything.

I loved that the facility was clean and the smell was refreshing. The check in staff was very rude. I asked her where do I park? She stated valet parking. I said do I have to use them? She stated yes. To compliment someone's stay with water, you pay $3. So sad. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO DOUBLE TREE HOTEL!! Due to being away from home approximately 300 miles, I felt like I was forced to pay for stuff to stay there. Such a horrible experience.
