"Robert’s cozy accommodations served as a perfect stay for the Marietta Sternwheeler festival. Quiet property close to town. We would book again if we make it back down to the area. Check in and check out process easy and straightforward. Beds were very comfortable. Thanks for offering your property as a nice and quiet and safe place to stay!"

"Large, comfortable historic home within walking distance of many Marietta treasures and restaurants. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and functional bathrooms made for a delightful stay. Kitchen is small and a bit awkward but workable. We would definitely stay again!"

"The place was centrally located in the heart of Woodsfield. It had all the necessary things you need for cooking and entertainment for kids. "Nothing but positives to say! Property was updated, very clean and easy to find. Huge maintained yard and within 5 minute walk to the bridge and an accessible area on the river. Our two kids, both under the age of 8, had a blast. Despite the road being in front of the house, we only saw a few cars and could usually hear them way before you saw them, so no concerns about safety when playing outside. "The apartment was very comfortable and clean, exactly what we needed for our short stay. Check in was easy and efficient, however, I could not reach the lockbox (too high). The location was near several fun shops and places to eat. The host was excellent at responding to questions. I rated this property a 5-star, however, there were several things that should be remedied (flat wornout pillows, torn bedsheets, ripped upholstered chair in living room, broken toilet paper holder, etc) - all...
