"We had to call for a last minute room due to issues at the place we were supposed to stay for the weekend. I called and the staff was so sweet, got us taken care of asap. We called and asked if they could accommodate an early check in and they not only switched us to an earlier bailable room. It made sure the AC was going full blast for when we got there. The room and hotel in general was spotless, staff helpful and so kind. Both pools and hot tub were not only operational but clean and the perfect temps!! Would go out of my way to stay again if ever in the area!! "
