"House is right on Lake Erie in a neighborhood. Older home as described but stairs and floors are uneven. I fell and broke bone in my left foot on stairs going to outdoor patio!. Place could be cleaner and cleaning fee way too high, especially for one person. Suggest they do a scaled cleaning fee based upon number of renters. Was cold and could not turn up heat thermostat as it had a lock, which was a first time ever experience after years of renting through Vrbo. "

"Thanksgiving stay to see our son at college close to cedar point and Oberlin - very nice house with a finished barn with a tv and hoop and buck stove in the barn. Huge yard and could feed the donkeys and chickens!"

"Communication with the host was excellent. We have 3 generations staying here for Thanksgiving (86 to 18 months). This home worked out so well. Lots of game playing, swimming and walks in a very nice neighborhood. Allowing the dog's was a great bonus "

"Our family from Washington and California traveled out to Oberlin for our nephew/son’s recital at Oberlin. This house was great! Very close to the college and so easy get to not only enjoy the recital but also to pop over to visit when his schedule allowed. The property is beautiful and very well maintained.
