"This was a perfect no fuss property in the denser business area of Pittsfield. I suggest this area over the residential areas. Room was really great. There is a separate bedroom with it's own tv. The furniture and bed are not the newest or most luxurious, but they are comfortable. Stayed comfortably for 3 nights to attend Tanglewood shows. Self-check in was easy and great for people who are coming in after doing a lot of things on the trip in. Would definitely stay again."

"The property was beautiful! We did not get to stay as long as we wanted but we will definitely be coming back to this little cottage. It was very clean and decorated well! The host was immediately responsive but we should note that there was absolutely no cellphone service which made communicating with guests a little difficult. "

"An absolutely horrible experience! My family (2 adults and my 6 year old son) had reserved this so-called hotel for $284 in June for a 13th Aug stay. After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps). "It’s challenging to read the reviews and know what to expect for this hotel. One main reason for that is because each unit is owned by different owners. Some units may have been renovated more recently than other units. I booked 3 rooms. One unit had an old electric stove with coils while the other had a newer electric stove. 1 had a toaster oven while the others did not. We brought food to cook, but kept it simple because we didn’t know what cooking pots and utensils would be available. One...
