"It’s not easy remodeling old homes but they did a terrific job on this house. We had 4 people doing back to back showers and never ran out of hot water, fans in every room was great and if you love fresh air the cross breeze was so refreshing. Neighborhood looked uncertain when we came in but there were no issues….all was quiet. Lots of homes in the area were getting remodeled so it will soon be an adorable area. "We stayed in Sarah’s house for 13 nights as our home (RV) was in for service. We were able to bring the RV to house and off load everything into the 2 car garage instead of having to rent a storage unit, it worked out so well. Sarah even stopped by to show us where a safe place was to park the RV out of everyone’s way. The reviews are correct this place is a 10 out of 10 in every category. No complains, no suggestions, just perfect for the two of us and our dog."

"We had several family members in town for a wedding. The house was amazing...clean, had everything we needed. Centrally located on where we needed to be!"

"This place was cozy, able to host my group, but left much to be desired in cleanliness. Much of the house is pretty beaten up and could use a fresh coat of paint. The oven started smoking upon preheating and we had to go buy supplies to clean it before being able to use it. It has potential to be a great rental but needs a few updates."
