"This was the cleanest house (vacation rental or otherwise!) I have ever been in! The owner thought of everything with plenty of extra towels, pillows, shampoo, etc. We got snow Saturday night and were plowed twice to be sure we could get in and out. The house is open and airy with floor to ceiling windows and luxurious kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of French doors to the private backyard. Incredibly convenient location, but set back from the street. 5!"

"You could tell how new this property was with every detail in the home and the cleanliness! Also host thought of leaving many helpful things that we didn’t need to bring (all bedding, bath towels, beach towels, wagon, nice beach chairs). Our group of five (four adults and a 4 year old) had a great stay and had plenty of room to spread out. Hope to return again in the future! "

"Our parents love Wells Beach. We grew up vacationing here for many summers. The house was perfect! We spent most of our time in the spacious living area upstairs! The decor was inviting with plenty of room for all to gather. We enjoyed the propane fireplace and the large dining table. What we didn’t expect was all the ocean views from many rooms in the house! We are planning to return this fall for a longer stay!"

"This is a charming 400-year-old farmhouse that has been well-loved and is perfect for hosting large get togethers. While it has been updated over the years, most of the original layout remains intact. There are lots of rules, but none are unreasonable, and there is a lot to know simply because it is a very large, historic home. This house feels warm and welcoming. "This house truly is a special little gem. We traveled here during the winter months and were so thankful for the little winter escape. Great lay out for families, very clean, and had a nice view of the ocean from the kitchen. Can’t beat the location.. just steps away from the beach! We definitely will be back! "

"We enjoyed stay but wished we could of stayed longer. The views, from the home, are so beautiful. Spacious Master bedrooms on both 2nd & 3rd floor with private bathrooms & breath-taking views of ocean/Long Sands Beach. Other bedrooms are great as well. Sunrise view is incredible. Owners are extremely responsive and are so easy to work with. Highly recommend this rental. Home is clean-clean (as others have noted) and well stocked. You will not be disappointed. "

"Our stay at this property was too short! We were there for a quick weekend getaway and wish we could have stayed longer to just relax and enjoy the place a little longer. The house was the perfect size for our family of 6. 1 bedroom on the main floor, 4 bedrooms upstairs. The bedrooms are small, but adequate, and the beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable. The house was the so clean and welcoming with an enclosed front porch and backyard with a deck. Ample space indoors and out....

"This cozy ranch is five minutes drive from the public beaches of Wells. We were a family of five adults with one aged grandmother who appreciated the walk in shower with seating and the ramp from parking to the front door. The beds were all sleep number but the remote controls were missing, the sunny kitchen had plenty of pans / utensils but was missing detergent and garbage liners - had we know we would have added those to our initial shopping List. "We spent a long weekend at the seaside retreat and even though it was January we had some mild temps and were able to take some nice walks with our dog on the beach. The house was immaculate when we arrived, maybe the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in! The bathrooms are huge and the bedrooms were just right.
