I don't care where a business may lack, if it has a professional and accommodating customer service team than it will thrive and acquire an extremely loyal customer base. The Holiday Inn New Castle is the absolute best hotel to say in, in that region. I travel to there often to assist with my elderly mother and my last stay Mar 18th - Mar 21st was perfect from check-in to check-out. Let me tell you just how amazing your stay will be: Expect to be greeted with free fresh baked cookies and bottled water, Expect super fast check in, Expect a clean room and facility, Expect a peaceful and quiet environment, Expect a decent breakfast for you and your guests, Expect friendly pleasantries from the staff, Expect fast & easy check out. Personally they exceeding my expectations when I was allowed to check in early and work in the lobby for hours after I checked out. I was allowed to finish some stuff I had to do for work before hitting the road for a 6 hours drive home. I once stayed at a competing hotel that's next to theirs just to get the experience they offered but after this last stay at The Holiday Inn, I will never stay anywhere else when visiting New Castle. "
