"All was very well, with exception of elevators. Due to a guest becoming stuck between floors overnight, the fire department disabled all elevators, which is understandable. It would have been very helpful if there had been signs posted at each floor to inform guests that they would need to use the stairs. "

"I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Edison with my wife, and it was a great experience overall. One of the highlights was the convenience of having a restaurant located right downstairs. With the snow coming down outside, we were grateful to have a lovely dinner without needing to venture out in the cold. The hotel itself was comfortable, and the atmosphere was cozy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the positive experience. However, I would have liked to see a few more amenities or options for activities within the hotel, as we were somewhat limited due to the weather. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Edison and appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant. It made our visit enjoyable despite the snowy conditions!"
