"Charles was very responsive. The houses were spacious. Kids loved the hot tubs. There was plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of 14. Housekeeping was lacking as the top floor in One of the houses. The floor was covered in dog hair. One of the children was highly allergic to dog hair and woke up with swollen eyes. In that particular side the towels smelled like vomit. We did take care of that immediately since there is a washer and dryer on site. Our wish list, The bedrooms and bathrooms...

"We were in town for a family event and this home was perfect for the six adults we had in the house. There was room for more! Everything exactly as described, the hospital nearby was a non- issue, quiet surroundings. Kitchen was spacious and furniture in the house was comfortable. The hot tub was a nice treat after a very long day! Would stay here again!"

"We had a great stay! Friends and I visited for Buckeye Lake Winterfest and had a lovely time. The property is situated very close to the lake and was a quick walk to the docks where the kickoff event took place. It is also such a cute and welcoming property! We loved the hot tub in the cold winter weather and being able to cozy up and watch a movie after being out all day. Thanks to Krissie for being an inviting and communicative host! "

"The house is a good value for the price, and I appreciate being able to find pet friendly places. It is not super fancy but the furniture is sturdy and comfortable. I rated it 4/5 stars for 3 reasons. First, the added room off of the kitchen, which leads to the fenced back yard, smelled of cat urine. Although it appears to be fairly new carpeting it might be better if the carpet was replaced with vinyl flooring. We simply did not use that space. The railings on the steps from the back door...

"We were quite pleased with our stay at the Bancroft Cottage. The accomadations were excellent. The amenities were fine. The cottage was well stocked and supplied with everything one would need for a stay. Even though it was in the heart of the town it was quiet and peaceful. We will most likely be back when we return to Granville in the future. Highly recommended!"

"Spacious home with lots of room for our family of 7 to gather to celebrate the New Year together. Quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, great appliances, ample seating and large tables for board games. We walked and ran the paths at nearby park daily. Super easy check-in and check out. "My group stayed here for the OSU and TN game. Its location for games is nice. We walked from the house. Its old and creaky but was good for our needs. Nice sauna and hottub. Youtube tv and internetinternwrt worked great."
