"beautiful property, clean, convenient to everything. Main level contains only living rom, kitchen, and half bath. House best suitable for 4-6 adults. Nicely stocked. Would rent again."

"This was a great place for a family gathering to see student at ISU and go to 7 Oaks for skiing. Ended up being 8 adults, 1 child. We all fit. The extra table and chairs meant we could all sit down for a family dinner. We had fun watching the big tv downstairs. They had everything we needed for a fun get together. "

Had a little trouble communicating with the host initially but then eventually got that taken care of and had great communication and was able to arrange early check-in and late checkout for a fee. "We had a great stay in this house. Beautiful, clean and comfy beds (we like our beds a bit firm). We went on a few walks and the neighborhood was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!"

"It was great had everything we needed "

"We rented this house as a family get together for my son’s birthday. Worked out perfectly. The level just below the kitchen area as an air hockey machine which the kids loved and was a great area for all of us to gather and watch him open presents. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone."

"Don’t be mislead by the age of the house; it was impeccably clean and organized. The neighborhood, though not centrally located for university access, was close to downtown and south Duff businesses plus convenience stores and several restaurants. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. It suited my needs perfectly."

"Pictures do not do this house justice! It was much more spacious than expected. Very clean and well organized. Our family enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. It was nice to be able to unload our food and such from inside the garage right into the kitchen. Overall, a very good experience! Thank you Abby and Jeff for the good communication also."

"The place was very well done and will taken care of. It is obvious the owners really care about the space. They even provided some welcome snacks, waters, K-cups. We had a very pleasant stay and it is close to Ames with lots of places to eat and literally next to a nice park if you have kids. "
