"Great space for a team meeting and retreat! Close enough to everything in Ankeny we could zip into town and grab what we needed or for dinner and it was also far enough away that the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful for some walks!"

The neighborhood, though not centrally located for university access, was close to downtown and south Duff businesses plus convenience stores and several restaurants. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. It suited my needs perfectly."

While the house retains its historic character, it's been beautifully maintained and offers all the modern amenities we needed. The layout was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, making it feel much larger than expected.
