"Excellent staff, supermarket and Metro next door. Housekeeping a bit haphazard. Bin from previous occupants not emptied. Chipped bathroom sink, with hair in it. Policy is not to supply plug for kitchen sink! This is bizarre. Despite these niggles, I recommend this property. "

"The service afforded by the local staff was above expectations really excellent. Overall, the stay was really good value and I can honestly recommend this to anyone staying in Paris for a week or more especially if they have children. "Very hot in the room. The air-conditioning turned to 16°C with snow symbol but the room was very hot 🔥 just like 30°C. Finally we opened few windows to cool down the room. Otherwise we couldn't sleep."

"This wasn't a bad place to stay for a night. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to check in earlier than advertised. The room was a good size, had a well equipped kitchenette with a full size fridge and a table, desk and a couple of chairs. The bathroom and shower was a bit run down. It was all clean enough. "Lovely, well located hotel. As with most Paris hotels rooms aren’t huge but our family room was cosy and well set up. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower so we saw the light show at night. The hotel is well located for cafes, shops and restaurants and really good for buses, metro and walking to local sights (Sacre Couer). Staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast is very good. Free water cooler in reception where you can get chilled still or fizzy water. One minor point about location is due to some ‘special adult stores’ not too far away, but not a big issue, can be a little noisy at night if you leave your windows open too. Lovely though, would highly recommend. "
