"William was extremely friendly and helpful!! He asked us what our plans would be then gave us a huge map, told us areas to avoid as they were dangerous (we are mother and daughter), how to get around Rome, things to see and also recommended a restaurant with a 10% discount around the corner. The room was smaller than I've seen before but perfect for my daughter and I. The bed was really comfortable and there was a smart TV too. Breakfast was delicious! Everyone I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. "This was my visit to Rome after a long break of 10 years and so we chose a hotel in the very center. The hotel itself is small, but the rooms are quite spacious, not big but cozy. On the 5th floor they serve a wonderful breakfast, with a large selection of dishes and a stunning view of the roofs of Rome. These views set the mood for your whole day. "Love the old world Italian charm, the friendly staff, the spacious room, the location. But the couches are old with sinking seats, the mattress needs replacement. There are ants in the washroom. The safe’s mechanism does not work at all in one of our 2 booked rooms, and the other safe cannot be programmed and requires the emergency key with each access. There is no phone in the room…ie, no direct line to reception, housekeeping, etc, and no wake up call service."

"Sono stato in questo B&B più e più volte e l'impressione è sempre la stessa: pulizia, attenzione per il cliente e gentilezza sono all'ordine del giorno. Inoltre, e ovviamente non è cosa da poco, ha dei letti davvero comodi dove si riposa divinamente. Molto comodo anche per chi necessita di un appoggio per un'eventuale prestazione sanitaria presso il Policlinico Gemelli di qualche caro. il B&B dispone anche di un piccolo parcheggio privato anche se solo da 4 posti, quindi con un po' di fortuna...

"The staff were fantastic for customer service, however didn't receive Expedia VIP rewards. Room was decent for the price, but not as close to Prati amenities or any other tourist attractions. Room was as described, but being an older building close to Tiber River, there was a musty smell to the room. Windows open to help with that, and was a must. Overall I'd say good stay."

"Lovely hotel close to all the tourist spots. You can Walk everywhere from this hotel , the Vatican, Trevi fountain , piazza Navona, the pantheon & short bus ride to/from the Colesseum and Termini train station. Irene at the desk was lovely . Always smiling , curteous and friendly . It’s hard to find so pay attention & don’t get lost like we did ..: )"

"Great little apt hotel in a residential area within a 20 min walking distance to St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museum though the cobbled streets are prohibitive to walk in a wheelchair. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is included on the upper floor and has a great view. Shower is tiny but has great water pressure. "
