"It was a wonderful experience staying at Massini City Garden Hotel. The hotel is very clean. Customer service was very helpful and polite. The breakfast they had was already included in the hotel package. You have the option to have dinner as well but you would have to pay for the dinner buffet. But it was worth it because it was great food. The staff there was excellent especially the staff in the restaurant Simoné and Bosé were very attentive and pleasant. Also the reception staff were as well. I would recommend it to everyone. "

"After a terrible experience at another hotel in Rome my family and I escaped to this hotel. We arrived and the staff was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. I was finally able to sleep with peace of mind that we were in a safe clean environment. Lesson learned, I will always stay at a Marriott hotel from now on. "
