"Incredibly charming property, the rooms had beautiful wooden beams and were very spacious. The staff was very friendly and very convenient location-wise. Only negative was that the tile floors were dirty and hadn't been mopped in a while - not visibly so but we spilled a little water and wiped it up and the cloth was black."

"The property is easy to find and the area around it its great, lots of great stores and restaurants. Very walkable to the main attractions. However, we never saw any staff members and the cleanliness wasn't the best. Keep in mind the elevator is VERY small only fits 2 people and if you have big luggage only one person fits. Check in and check out is very easy and the communication with them via email is pretty smooth. "

"This was a very sweet little guest house, literally off of St. Peter's Square. The price and location CAN NOT BE BEAT! I will say that the hotel seems like it's a start up, and they seem to be slowly renovating as they have more guests. It's loud - inside and out. My kids stayed in a room closer to the front desk and the room itself was nicer, but the bathroom looks to need updating. We stayed in the room the furthest away from the front desk, and could hear everything going on...
