"Fiz a reserva de 5 diarias no Laqua Diroma pela Bvtur. Foi exelente a estadia, apartamento super conservado, lindo enorganizado. "We had a mix up at check in, where i stated jt was only myself on the confirmation, however my wife was not on it, and they would not let her in. After a long time of rude employees they stated they would allow her in if i paid more, so i did. Then i was told she doesbt get breakfast the next day and the day after. Will never go again or allow family to go there"

"Estava tudo muito bom. Apenas uma observação a fazer: A. TV tem apenas um canal, a TV Serra Dourada (SBT GOIAS) e pra quem tem criança passa apertado, já que nada possui um canal pra entreter a meninada...os planos de tv por assinatura hoje sao tão acessíveis. Fora isso, tudo muito bom!!! "

"This is a fine resort hotel, however, I was troubled by the inoperative Air Conditioning which ultimately required that we move to a different room. It was on-and-off, and was ultimately resolved, but the problem was annoying and interruptive. Otherwise, a great stay! Great food, very nice staff."

"I was supposed to have stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, but after less than an hour I started having problems. First problem was that the room is offered bare of any amenities - as I am travelling for about a month, you would expect to find simple things like shampoo, soap, fresh usable towels, hair drier, some water in the fridge, etc. There was absolutely nothing. I asked reception for shampoo and such likes and was told the hotel does not provide those. I had to go out in the rain and find...

"Our stay (4 adults) was fine. Checkin and checkout experiences were good. The room is much smaller than it seems in the pictures and does not accommodate 4 adults well. The second bed was a single that opens into two but there is no real mattress on the secondary bed. I believe that 2 adults and 2 kids would be ok though."

"We stayed at the Spazzio diRoma Hotel for just five nights, but it was an unforgettable experience. After a long journey, we arrived feeling exhausted, and the reception staff was incredibly attentive and kind, especially to my 70-year-old mother. I am Brazilian but live in the United States, and I love traveling around Brazil. For any Americans looking to explore Brazil, I highly recommend visiting Caldas Novas—a charming city known for its natural thermal waters. Spazzio diRoma is part of a chain of hotels and resorts that grants you access to a magnificent water park. The hotel’s pools are open 24 hours, which is a great perk! The location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the best the city has to offer. A big thank you to all the staff at the hotel—our stay may have only been five days, but we will definitely return and recommend this place to others."
