"Our family stopped at this place for couple nights. We liked it overall - it is very new apartment with everything you might need. Hosts are great.Several things to keep in mind:- there are steep stairs for one of the beds;- other stairs are hard metal, so slippers are recommended;- couch in the living room can accommodate one kid sleeping."

"This apartment was super to stay at, handy location, comfortable and modern. Great to have off street parking. For the price we paid, you'd expect there to be no issues. Unfortunately being so close to the port makes it very noisey throughout the night, something we hadn't considered, so perhaps some earplugs should be provided to each visitor. Secondly, the bedrooms need block out blinds rather than sunshade blinds, as it's very light in the bedrooms with the ships lights/street lights beaming...

"We had an amazing 3 days in this place. The house is right by the beach and views are spectacular! The amenities are complete, and are as described. The house is well-maintained, clean and very cozy."

"The place was dirty. Marks from spills on the wall, dust on counter tops in bedrooms, cobwebs in corners etc etc. the bath towels were lovely but very disappointed with the standard of cleaning. We have taken photos and think it reasonable to ask for a refund of the cleaning fee as it clearly needed doing before our arrival. Will await your response. Thanks"

Waterfront Escape, Nelson Waterfront Holiday Home

"We had a lovely 3 days here. The location is perfect and everything was there to have a comfortable stay. The only problem was the road noise at night from the master bedroom but we may have been a bit more sensitive to it being from the country."

"Owl’s Rest is in a very peaceful spot wished we could have stayed longer. Our hosts Jill and Peter were delightful and very welcoming. The only drawback was we didn’t realise quite how far it was from Picton."

"Lovely accommodation in a great location.Our second time there and we really enjoyed it. "

"Exceptional property with exceptional views!! The foods left in fridge for breakfast were also excellent. Our only criticism was that the bathroom was downstairs from our room and my husband had to navigate the stairs in the middle of the night. Communication was great and Gabriele that showed us around was lovely. We would highly recommend this accommodation!!"

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. It's conveniently located right across the street from a supermarket and bakery. We all agreed that the shower was amazing (perfect water pressure, temperature, shower head height, etc.). Carmen was easy to communicate with and checked to make sure that we arrived safely during inclement weather. We would absolutely stay here again!"
