"Perfect little home for our stay. Grocery store right across the street and gas station. Also next to police station. Some traffic noise during the day, but quiet at night. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!"

"A friend got married in Novelty and my choice of close places to stay were hotels East or Chagrin - I made the right choice. House is on a Main Street, but it is quiet, I didn’t hear a thing either night of our stay. Owners next door and friendly. There is a bar 100 yards away which I didn’t hear a peep from. I would stay again. If you want to have cable you need to bring a fire stick or other plug in device for the tv. "

"Located on a sweet street within walking distance of the Popcorn Shop, The Falls, and beautiful downtown Chagrin Falls, Michael’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house was clean, had everything you need, with comfy beds and couch. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch while relaxing in the adirondack chairs. I would definitely rebook again. "This Lake House is very nice. The online description is very accurate. It sits up on a bluff and provides a great relaxing view of the lake. We found the house very clean and well stocked with all the basics you need in the kitchen, bathrooms. bedrooms etc. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing from the private pier. Chairs for relaxing outside are provided along with a gas grill and picnic table. We will defiantly consider renting again. "

"It’s a functional one bedroom on a farm in a carved out area of a barn. The family who owns the farm are super nice people and their youngest daughter has the best smile. I would stay there again if I needed a place in the area. I will contact the property owner if I need a contractor as he’s a really good person. 10 out of 10"
