The host was amazing and responded to our last minute request to stay and also made arrangements for parking our trucks and trailers nearby in a secure area. "This was a nice cabin. There are five cabins on the owners' property. The owners had good communication but were otherwise unobtrusive. The main hot tub is shared with cabins 1-4, but cabin 5 has its own private one. Most importantly I took my rescue pitbull and had no issues with the owners or other guests. Some properties have a lot of dog rules so I was pleased to see this property was more lenient."

" This was a perfect location for two old guys from separate parts of the country to meet up and go to our alma mater at Northern Michigan University. The house/cottage is lovely and serene. We initially had some problems with the app that the customer Person resolved, and we were able to get in touch with our host, who was great. I highly recommend this to those who value fresh air, located right on Lake Superior "

"I booked the house for the Marji Gesick mountain bike race. I had five friends travel with me as a support crew. The house was excellent for our needs. Plenty of beds and 1.5 bathrooms. A well stocked and large kitchen and plenty of living space. Outdoors was a nice grill, screened in house on the lake and a canoe. I caught a pike right off the dock Friday! "Property as described! Robin and her family live in a separate house on the property but the carriage house is completely private and cozy. 15 minutes to downtown Marquette and 30-40 minutes to Munising/Pictured Rocks. We came for the fall foliage (we were a little on the late side; Robin said the second weekend in October is best), but we still had a lot of great color and hiking. "

"Loved the location. Beautiful in the winter with all the snow. Be prepared if it’s winter to have four wheel drive to get in and out. Bring a small fan as the loft gets very warm when heating the place up. Only recommendation would be to put some antifreeze in the toilet before turning the heat off when closing. Other than that we loved our stay. Very cozy and loved the rustic nature of the stay. Thank you very much for sharing your cabin with us. "
