"This place was so warm and homey. Short walk to the Rotary park and London bridge. All the neighbors were very friendly. Elaine was bet easy to work with. The couches and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need. The condo and the whole complex was very clean. If we go back we’ll be staying here again."

"Great little condo! In laws live in Lake Havasu City during the winter. It was our first time being there this time of the year. This condo fit needs perfectly. Great view and location. We walked down to the London Bridge a few times during our stay. We got to see the lighting of the Christmas lights which our son loved. "

"The property was clean & smelled good. We were about 5 minutes away from the bridge & all of the restaurants/bars were nearby. The neighborhood felt safe/secure & there was plenty of boat parking. We stayed 3 nights & I don't think we ever saw another person at the complex, would definitely stay again!"
