"The hotel is amazing, from the pool up top to the check in on the first floor. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Great food at the restaurants. So much fun! Never have to leave the building during our stay!"

"Hotel and rooms are wonderfully clean and the pool area and hot tubs are great! The escalator was down for three days, however, which was inconvenient. Also, check-in was quite slow and had to pay an extra $20 at 1:30 to check in before two. Felt like I was being nickel and dimed Overall, however, the Ameristar is a great resort and will definitely come back!"

"It was a very conveniently located hotel for our family function. The sofa bed needs to be replaced!!! It was sagging at the head of the bed. We had to put pillows under so that it was flat. The worst sofa bed I have seen in a nicely rated hotel."
