"Our room was poorly cleaned after the previous guest. The shower pan had stray hairs and there was a used towel hanging on the back if the bathroom door. The drink machine failed to dispense a drink at two different times. Upon checkout, the clerk barely made eye contact with me, let alone ask how our stay was. The per fee on Expedia showed as $50 but when we arrived at the property they charged me $75."

"The property vending machine didn't work, the ice machine in our hallway didn't work. the outside door was not locking, out room door had a plate falling off so we could not deadbolt it.
