The room was okay but going in the front desk area was torn up due to water damage. I think that we should have been told before when we booked it. A sign on the door said enter at your own risk. I wasn’t impressed.

Walking in the lobby and dinning area has been flooded from second floor. Construction waiting on insurance. Man standing outside smoking pot and front area stunk. No breakfast due to flooding. Feel we should have been alerted to problems before hand.

Due to Hurricane Helene, there was water damage to the property. The lobby has to be completely remodeled, lots of noise due to fans and dehumidifiers, but the staff did their best in the circumstances

Our room was clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The fridge worked well, TV had good signal and we had no complaints about the room, except for a little bit of a musty smell from the carpets being recently shampooed/cleaned. The room was very affordable and was better than what I expected. The breakfast is very limited, but they always kept hot coffee ready, which was great! Over all, I give it 3.5 start to 4 stars, related to prive and services.

Never do a cash deposit with Super 8 in Claypool Hill. VA. The staff, I assure you will find a reason not to give it back at checkout so they can split it amongst themselves. For a fact, that's what happened to me.

Great hotel! Stayed over July 4 holiday and have stayed there numerous times before. Always friendly staff, and never had any issues staying at the Super 8. Will definitely stay there again!

The beds should be upgraded to queen and add new mattresses soon, they are not comfortable. The hotel was nice enough, clean enough just needs updated. Staff were very nice.

This motel suffers from poor air quality - carpets all seem moist and there is a musty smell in the rooms. An industrial fan haphazardly placed in the hallway did not inspire confidence.

1st night, i was usung vending machine, and had a dog lunge at me, trying to bite me. The 2nd moring, at the crack of dawn. Someone s dog got loose, and they was hollering come back Nellie. I like animals, but not being almost bite, and being woke up at 6:45 in the morning

This motel is just what I needed for my weekend stay to visit family. I nice comfortable bed with good cold AC unit. No frills motel (no pool, gym). Why pay all the extra money to stay at a place with amenities YOU DON'T EVER USE. Priced at $62 a night on a holiday weekend for a clean decent motel in a good location...unbeatable
