"Condo was very clean and had anything we could possibly need. Really appreciated the simple things like not having to buy toilet paper and trash bags. We loved the balcony and views. Furniture was comfortable, and plenty of seating. The beach was nice and quiet and plenty of chairs to use. We saw a good size puffer fish and sea turtle snorkeling near the reef. Would definitely recommend this condo!!"

"We stumbled upon this gem (the beach) in the summer while on vacation. We decided to book accommodations on property and we were not disappointed. Beautiful. Grounds and condo were well maintained. All staff were great. Looking forward to our next trip."

"Our family visited this property in observance of Spring Break and it did not disappoint! The condo is perfectly situated and accommodated multiple generations with ease. The view is amazing with both the beach and pool being only steps away from the unit. The owner was more than helpful and a breeze to work with. We checked out wishing we could stay just one more day. We will be back! "

"The property is gorgeous. The location gives you great views of Red Hook and St John from the back window, sliders and pool. The house was well situated for our needs. The front bedrooms share a jack and Jill bath which was great for our young son and my wife and I. The master upstairs was very nice with a very nice master bath. The fourth bedroom had a full bath right across from it. It worked well for our 3 families (only 1 with a kid).The house does not have AC throughout. Each bedroom and the office have mini splits that worked well. The windows and large sliders did a great job cooling the main areas with just ceiling fans. We deliberated getting a rental or just using taxis. We ended up springing for a rental at the last minute and did not regret it. Aside from the narrow street leading to Cabrita Point, it allowed us to more freely go to the grocery (if you go to the store make sure your first trip is to cost u less- the savings are worth the extra 5-10 minute drive) and take longer trips like Magens Bay. Make sure you check the cruise ship schedule before planning a trip to the beach though. We made the mistake of going to Coki beach on a day when 5 cruise ships were in port. It was PACKED!The only negative thing I can say is the hot tub heater is “broke.”. We like to swim at night and enjoy the stars. The water was too cold in late march so we were unable to. I still give it 5 stars though because we were forewarned by other reviews of that."

"Whenever I visit St. Thomas, I usually stay with family, but for this trip, I decided to get my own place—and it was a great idea! I found Diane’s place on Vrbo, and it was perfect. The location was excellent, the apartment was super cozy, and it was very convenient—just a short distance from Red Hook, where there are great restaurants and souvenir shops."

"We loved our stay at this beautiful location. Condo is equipped with many basics paper towels, soap, detergent sunscreen etc which were much appreciate. Ocean views were amazing! Property is 5 min walk from the beach which is mostly up/down hill but there are good steps and handrails and an ability to drive if needed. The snorkeling at the condo was fantastic and we even saw a sea turtle the last day. We also did the day sale with the owners friend Captain Pat which was like lovely. "

"Wonderful Condo. Great location. Handy to Red Hook and beaches. St Thomas Yacht Club and a couple of other great restaurants are walkable and on the beach. Pool and beach area are also very nice. "
