House had everything we needed and theres plenty of romm for all of us. Deck has a beautiful view as well. Would definitely stay here again!everyone.haandeveryone's "

"Our family of four lived our stay! Perfect location, just a few steps from the beach, beautiful view from the condo, and restaurants in the complex. We rented a jeep and explored the island and St. John. We all loved our trip! I loved the location of the condo and it was very spacious. We enjoyed the coolers and beach chairs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone."

"Great condo, exactly as advertised. Layout was perfect for my family of 5. Comfortable and plenty of thoughtful extras like snorkel gear, beach chairs and coolers along with ample towels/linens and well stocked kitchen. Also, Cowpet bay/beach surpassed our expectations…beautiful, semi-private, and solid snorkeling (saw turtles, rays, starfish, and many types of fish). Great location…5 min drive to Sevret Harbor or ferry to STJ. Bob and Pat were great communicators. Without hesitation I would stay again and recommend this unit to friends/family. "

"The condo was clean and worked well for our family of 5. Great location near Hidden Beach and Red Hook. Host was quick to respond to issues. The beach was less than desirable, but plenty of others nearby. We rented a car which was a necessity."

"What an amazing time at saint thomas! We loved the rental property. Nice and secluded, with a gorgeous view. They provided towels and had a whole thing full of sunscreen for use. The only downside we faced was cockroaches that came out at night. Thankfully they did have roach spray on hand, but still kind of freaky to have them in the house with us. Overall I still give it 5 stars tho bc that is something that they obviously can’t control. Communication was quick and helpful. Getting to the place was a little tricky the first night as our gps didn’t know where we were going, but the host did provide detailed directions to get there from the airport. "

"This apt was close to Compas Point Marina and Sunset grill. So it was perfect for us for the first couple of nights before picking up our boat. The walk to Sunset Grill was about a mile but pleasurable. Cabs are available if you can’t walk that far. Room was exactly as described."
