"Location was very convenient to all the beaches and hiking! 4 stars for the location and price compared to other options, but be aware that the amenities are pretty basic. The house was adequately sized for our family of four but teens found the beds very small. (Room w 2 twins is clearly geared towards littles, w kitschy Tinkerbell lamps.) As others mentioned, bathroom repairs are needed (instead of fixing the running toilet, they just removed the flusher entirely, plus we noted a few other...

"We really enjoyed this cozy home! It was tastefully decorated with a beachy vibe and very well equipped. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. I mentioned we were staying for our 20th anniversary and they even left a bottle of champagne. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed both the hot tub and fire pit. The location was perfect for us. Highly recommend! "

"Fantastic Ladies Weekend!!!! Cutest house on the most beautiful spot! Smooth communication with management company. House was clean and beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. Hot tub was clean and hot!!! Outdoor shower was perfect with hot hot water and great water pressure.!! Very Dog friendly remote space to roam and neighbors dogs were friendly! "We had a great stay! The house was very well stocked, clean, and updated. The beds were all comfortable as well as multiple seating areas. The gas fireplace both inside and on the deck were wonderful! And the hot tub was a great bonus for a relaxing time away. There were several restaurants close by that were good also. We definitely plan to return! "

It was great after breakfast to be able to walk a paved trail directly behind the property thru the forest with the trees changing to brilliant colors of fall. The location to grocery stores, restaurants was also very convenient and we look forward to coming back to cape cod and definitely would want to stay here again. "
