"The sofa could be bigger and L- shaped. The wicker chair in the corner could be a corner electric fireplace. The lighting outside is not good. Could be put a motion sensor or timer. I'm sure you probably don't get a lot of winter guests. But the steps down weren't cleaned off and no railings down. Having said that the location is absolutely beautiful. And we had a good time. "

"It’s a beautiful spot overlooking the bay, conveniently located between Provincetown and Wellfleet. Watching the sunset every evening over the water was delightful. There is not a stove/oven so be prepared to cook on a portable induction plate and grill, which is fine but be prepared. I missed that point! Otherwise, great place."

"We had such a wonderful time here. The only problem was that we weren't able to stay longer. My wife runs each morning and she was able to run through downtown PTown with ease; so very, very close but far enough away so there are no crowds.
