"Location was great…building and amenities, great! A few issues with Kakun. 1. They won’t use VRBO to communicate with you so don’t even try 2. The furniture really needed cleaned. It was gross. Afraid to sit on it. 3. They don’t provide any kitchen towels. Had to use paper towels which isn’t earth friendly 4. Kakun rep was an hour late showing up for check in. She said they had a corporate meeting that ran late but in reality, customers should have come first 5. The lights in bathrooms are...

"Our stay was wonderful. The property is located in the middle of La Condesa, a very walkable and safe neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks around. Ubers were very easy to come by. In addition, Andrea was incredibly responsive. We had an issue in one of the bathrooms, Andrea responded within minutes, and sent a repairmen out to fix it within an hour! A, I would definitely stay there again."

"My family and I stayed for 5 days. Very clean and easy to access with the security at the front door. Loved the balcony and the neighborhood is full of great walkable cafes, shops and restaurants. Great for our family and would definitely stay here again!"
