Understaffed, friendly but sloppy because you don't get the feeling they'd know decent if they saw it. If Hotels.com includes a lot of disappointing experiences like this, I'll think twice."

"A family of four one being a toddler stayed at casa Nduxi for 3 nights 4 days. We loved our stay. The property is super clean and staff is always wiping down things or watering plants keeping up with the property. They staff was super busy keeping the place very nice daily. The staff is very very helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The location of the property is amazing. Very close to all the must see sights in puebla centro.
