"We loved the location in the heart of Puebla. We walked everywhere. We loved the property--a wonderful blend of the old (historic) with the new (modern appliances and amenities). A lot of love was poured into the design of this apartment. The property manager and the owner were prompt in their responses to our inquiries. A first rate stay. "The hotel and rooms are very comfortable, newly renovated. New appliances but not the best quality, flimsy plastic coffee maker, good microwave.Plumbling fixtures in the sink and bathroom are also new but not installed properly, the are loose. Not the best finishing quality. Overall is a good hotel, modern with colonial details, nice big roof terrace and inner courtyard to relax. Hotel located close to catedral, shoping areas and restaurants. Very helpful and attentive staff."
