"NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE. They did not have a working toilet, they turned off the water supply to the whole building in the middle of the night. The AC unit was not working properly. They only allot one towel per bed not per person, so if you have one bed shared with your partner you and your partner must use the same towel. They had no working personnel just the guards who by the way were wonderful to us. The guards were very helpful and pleasant. The bedding were stained, pillows stained, towels stained just overall everything was falling apart. It’s really quite a shame because the place has so much potential, if only the owners would invest more into this place they could make a killing since they’re are located 8 mins to the airport. Location wise is definitely not the safest, you can definitely tell it’s not a place you’ll want to take an evening stroll. No shuttle service to the airport. Insects crawling all over the floor etc. I get a sense that anytime something went wrong we should’ve just asked before. Example. We needed to leave at 3am for our 5am Flight, we could not shower or brush our teeth because the water was turned off. But what hotel expects guest to come to front desk if they decide to shower at night or early morning ? Or a bucket to flush the toilet? I mean geez. I recommend Mozonte hotel for around the same price. "

"Very convenient,you can walk to the airport oh get a shuttle.Exelent customer service.Good breakfast,comfortable beds.The only bad thing is that room doesn’t have refrigerator.."

"Have stayed here many times prior to flights. Excellent staff, clean, easy checkin and quiet. Hot shower and good internet. Cute monkey in courtyard. Highly recommend."

"It was great. First time visited Managua and stay at Hex hotel was perfect for me. I was recommended that hotel and now I can recommend to anyone going to Managua Nicaragua. In the ama complex is the mall with chains of restaurants. And if like night life there is a night club just across the mall. Horn till late no need to take taxi. And guess what: everyone cheap. By the way, breakfast is included at hex hotel. "
