"Great hotel in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Only a 10 minute walk to the only shopping mall and main boulevard. With taxis being unbelievably cheap, this is a perfectly located hotel between the beach and historic areas and all the best restaurants (in the opposite direction). "Well to start i booked a 3 bed room they gave me 2 beds. The room said AC and they said i had to pay extra $15 a night for it. The water coming out like a water gun no pressure dirty water. The whole experience was horrible and do not recommend just cause it was cheap. Never stay here. Trust me when i say it and save you a headache. That's how bad it was.Go to a name brand hotel that you know you will pay a bit more but get excellent quality. "

"Place was nice, beds were the comfiest in Nicaragua. Stayed at multiple hotels and the beds were by far the most comfy. The showers were the least favorite, they need better shower heads and cleaner showers, they need to be scrubbed regularly. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were there when you needed them. Pool was a plus, it is cleaned daily. Due to the flora it does get debris which is inevitable. I would definitely stay again."
