"Best staff and good lication"

"Our first impression of this hotel was not so good... a hotel built in the 1990s with a somewhat strange layout and in need of modernization. It’s definitely not a 4-* hotel. However, first impressions can be wrong. The spa in a separate building was quite amazing and the best after a day of skiing or hiking. Dinner on the top floor was very good and staff was very attentive. Not our first choice for a holiday but for a stopover this hotel was quite OK."

"Fabulous Hotel in a peaceful village location. The owners were extremely helpful friendly & welcoming. As a wheelchair user I pre booked the disabled access room. The room is in a nice rearwards facing perspective looking at the nearby cable car & mountain views. lots of viewing windows and very quiet. The bedroom is large. very large and nicely decorated. The bathroom is smaller but workable for a wheelchair user. There was no shower seat in the room but the owner provided a suitable chair for...

"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."

"We enjoyed spending Christmas at this Chalet! Monika was a wonderful host and even provide Fondu cheese for us on our arrival. Kitchen was well equipped, hairdryer provided and espresso machine. Chalet was cozy and warm! Would definitely stay here again."
