"Perfect location for those looking to xx ski and fish. Miles of groomed trails nearby and unlimited back country skiing via the lake and Chippewa National Forest. We loved how quiet the lake was. No human activity other than our group. The dogs had a blast exploring the national forest and its critters. Fishing was fantastic. "This little slice of heaven was perfect for our two little families. The water was clear and great for swimming (was a little mucky right off the dock, but if u want out a bit it was firmer). The big bock was a plus for the kiddos and we didn’t have to worry about them slipping. We enjoyed our time!"

"Late Oct 2024 Karen was so nice and gave us very accurate information on hiking areas nearby. It was also easy to check in. The cabin was cute and clean. We spent a lot of time by the fireplace while enjoying the view of the lake. The kitchen was fully stacked. Was even provided fresh water, coal for the grill, and firewood for the pit. We would definitely stay again. "

"This cabin is in a great location and the owner had good communication. It is definitely rustic which I knew when booking and have no problem with. Two issues that need to be addressed are that it wasn’t clean. Every room had to be swept when I got there, floor needed moping but no mop. There was old moldy food in the fridge.
