"The property was nice and clean… porches are in need of repair but the owner did tell us that they are schemed to be repaired. The flooring is showing signs of water damage, llifting and warping. We did have to play with the temperature control a bit to get it figured out. Was looking for a manual since it wasn’t quite as easy as the property rules book said. It was overall a very cute place and perfect for our needs for the very short quick visit. We would definitely book this place again."

"Over all everything was as advertised and we were very satisfied and felt welcomed. I felt that there was a slight issue for my wife and I in getting up to the entry way. Both of us have very minor mobility issues due to age advancements but nothing that, in our current condition, would keep us from returning. We did have a hard frost overnight and the painted deck was slippery. The owners might consider addressing this issue for late and early season guests. These are not complaints, just good intentioned observations."

"Ruth's house is the perfect place to stay if you're visiting Hibbin, Chisholm and nearby towns. The house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. House has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the beds are very comfortable. House is very clean, cozy and has all thr amenities that you ever need and more. Ruth, the house owner is super nice and friendly. We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at her lovely house. Very highly recommend!!!"
