"John and Carol are wonderful hosts. It really reminds me of going up for family vacations in the 80's and 90's. Very laid back and helpful if any questions or needs arise. Beautiful Lodge and grounds. Great access to boat slips and great boat launch. Our cabin (daybreak) was literally right over the water. Woke up to waves lapping every morning. Lots for the kids to do and fishing is bar none"

"Went to relax and celebrate my wife's birthday. We have been to Elbow Lake several times and knew what to expect. The cabin is "no frills" but that is part of the experience. It is right on the lakeshore with a deck literally a few feet from the water. The lake is quiet with very few boats making it easy to hear the frequent loon calls. It's a good kayak / canoe lake with a beautiful sand beach in front of the lodge for swimming. The on-site manger and his family are there for whatever you need....

"We stayed for a long weekend in the fall, but the property is honestly so well set up for all seasons. Plenty of room and things to do for all ages. Traveled with two kids under 7. Gorgeous lot with lots to explore. Highly recommend! "

We could have stayed in town but the true experience of Ely was here. The sunrise and sunset out our window was magnificent! Living of the needs in life made it that more memorable. "The cabin was in a beautiful location on the lake. The inside was very clean and spacious. Pool table was a bonus! My son loved it. The lake access was nice and the cabin had a canoe and 2 kayaks you could use. Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances you would need and they had lots of board games and card games too. Fire pit area was nice but we couldn’t use it due to a fire ban the week we were there. The cabin was a couple miles off the main road on a gravel road but the directions given...
