"Kim was a pleasure to check us in for our stay. My girlfriend and I have stayed there a handful of times and this time was a better check in than the night before. The guy at the front desk one night said that he couldn’t check me in until my girlfriend got there because the reservation was under her name but in the past, other people who were working the front desk would check me in when it’s been under her name. Amazing breakfast as always in the morning. Got the perfect room. Can’t wait to see the new updates when renovations are done. 😊"

"Wow 5 star stay! Checkin/out was super easy & they had the most friendly staff we have experienced in years. Normally late hour desk employees are miserable but this lady was so sweet & even refilled the hot water for us to make hot chocolate before bed. Our bed was so comfortable [very hard to find] The breakfast spread in the morning was hands down the best I've seen. We travel a lot for work so this review is not an exaggeration! We got in later than expected otherwise I would have taken advantage of the pool! Putting this place on my favorites list because we will be back! "
