"The staff was lovely, the building was clean and in a nice, safe location. I really loved the layout of the hotel, the size of my room and the comfy bed. The roof top deck was really nice as well. My only complaint was the shower water was not warm or hot. I did enjoy a very hot jacuzzi though, so there’s definitely hot water on site, just not in the rooms? I was in and out pretty quick so it was ok for my stay but it is a shame about the showers because everything else was great. "

"The hotel did not have an available room upon my arrival (around 11;55pm) and I was referred to a nearby hotel to spend the night. I return the following day to complain about my experience and told them that I was going to ask for a refund for the prepaid night"
