"It was hard to find the property at first since it does not have the name listed outside, but the man with the short hair was always very accommodating from the very start. He walked all the way to where we were so he could guide us to the building. Additionally, he would answer any questions we had regarding local places and the best ways to get there, even about local food. With that said, the rooms were very small as well as some of the common areas. Overall, the staff made it better."

"Excellent location across the WTC, close to many dining & shopping options, spacious, nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast and excellent service at property restaurant. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I definitely will recommend the Isaaya Hotel Boutique. "

"We loved staying at the ULIV Mexico City. Our room was good for the entire week without housekeeping as they provided enough towels and we went grocery shopping to stock our kitchenette with breakfast snacks and coffee. Property is well maintained and the rooftop patio is your living room while you stay. It is an oasis up there, so do take advantage. The ULIV is situated in Roma Norte and next to La Condessa, so with in walking distance of bars, cafes & restaurants galore. Easy access to transit or Uber everywhere. We will be back!"
