"This was my 2nd stay at this location. I love staying at this hotel! I was attending a convention at the Donald E Stephen Convention Center. This hotel is directly across the street from the convention center. I love being able to just walk across the street. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. My room was clean and also smelled fresh. The breakfast buffet had a lot of good selections. I loved the French Toast!!! I also love that the Murray Bros Restaurant is attached to the hotel. Everything is so convenient. I have read reviews that the hotel is outdated. I did not find that to be the case. Sure some paint touch up around door frames would be helpful. But I love this hotel and will stay there again. The only things that I don't like is that it appears I was charged $29 for using a Visa card to pay for my room. I am a bit baffled about this charge. And I wish that there was a microwave in the room. "

"Its so close to the airport but we couldn't hear anything during the night! Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 and they were running late not a huge deal for us just had an early flight and I had made plans just to eat at the hotel so save us some time."

"Being able to get to restaurants outside of hotel without losing your parking"

"My husband and I had a lay over in Chicago. It was simple to get to the hotel. I wished we could get a a hold of someone on the phone for a shuttle but that was too difficult. Luckily the airport workers showed us how to get to the hotel from the airport."
