"When we checked in, after walking into lobby from getting off the shuttle, the front desk associate did not inform us that we needed a shuttle voucher to ride the shuttle the next morning. During checkout at the front desk we were asked if we had a shuttle voucher, we stated “No…no one told us we needed one when we checked in.” The response from the associate was, “I didn’t check you in.” This is poor customer service. "

"We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind. Jocelyn checked us in and we had the most wonderful experience with her. Throughout our trip, the front desk staff would always greet us when we walked through the lobby. The lobby also smelled wonderful - like fresh air and roses. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The only downsides were that the pillows were super soft and became flat as soon as we laid our heads down. Also, the hotel is right next to the train tracks, so it’s quite a loud and busy area. If you can tolerate the constant sound of the train and traffic, you should be fine. "
