If you are travelling within Kyoto, you may need to walk for a bit before you get to the local metro lines, but if you're instead going to be traveling through Kyoto Station then there is a free shuttle that travels to and from the station and hotel at regular intervals."

"Compact rooms that are clean and comfortable. The location is across from Kyoto Station and accessible using underground walkways. The staff are very willing to please and most speak English. The breakfast buffet is good and a recommended addition to your stay. "
