"We had a number of problems during our two night stay. Firstly they had no record of our reservation from hotels.com so I had to pay again. Then when we checked out and they had sorted it out I had to remind them to cancel the extra payment. The bathroom had a very bad smell coming from the drains. We complained when we left the room for the day and when we came back it was almost gone but it came back again overnight. I've travelled and lived in China so I'm used to hard beds but these ones...
